Chocolate While Dieting, Why Not?

The reason why we should incorporate chocolate into our diet.

A study reveals chocolate eaters are sometimes more slender than those who rarely enjoy chocolate. In fact, the chocolate eaters are reported consuming more total calories and saturated fat. What is the reason behind it?
The researchers found there is a component in chocolate that makes the calories consumed do not becomes fat. The possible components are polyphenols. These antioxidants act to increase the number of mitochondria as an energy burner inside the cell. In addition, polyphenols also increase blood flow. Both are factors that increased metabolism-enhancing that prevent weight gain.
It’s just to keep in mind; the amount of chocolate should not be too much. With the right intake of chocolate that is, effect of calorie-free or actually are even more than that.
The study involved nearly 1,000 healthy adults. This study proved that participants, who ate chocolate five times a week, averaged 1 point lower BMI than those who rarely eat chocolate.
When we decided to make chocolate as one of the choices in everyday snack, be sure to choose dark chocolate. In addition to a lower calorie than milk chocolate and other variants, the bitter taste of dark chocolate can help suppresses appetite.
