Sitting Too Long Could Cause Cancer

Move! Thus we can avoid cancer.

Apparently too many legs resting or did not move much, not only can store calories. A study mentions the habit of sitting too long had a strong relationship with a high risk of getting cancer.
The longer we sit, the higher the risk of cancer. In addition to the habit of sitting, the other thing that also trigger cancer risk is the body mass index (BMI) that we have. The higher the BMI we are, the higher the cancer risk that overshadows us.
However, this can be prevented. The study also found that with high activity, 100 thousand cases of breast cancer and colon cancer in the United States could be prevented per year.
The same condition applies to us who are working behind a desk. This habit should not be left too long. We must insert a break to move every hour. Here’s tip to get around, to move for to a office workers:

1. Install a timer on the computer every 60 minutes. It is time for us to move. Do a short activity such as walking in the hallway for 1-2 minutes.

2. Compared to sitting, take an office’s friend to talk about work problems while walking.

3. During a call at the office, stand up and move. Better yet, if we could take a call while walking.
