Warm-up
Start with warm-up stretching movement for about 8-10 minutes. Warm-up stretching can make the body temperature and heart adapt to the exercises we will do. When the body and heart temperature are already in waves with the exercise, the risk of injury could be reduced.

Cooling -down
It’s important that the heart rate returned to normal stage. As for the muscles, cooling must be done not only to be free of muscle injury but also to prepare the muscles for other activity. Stretch the muscle for 15 minutes as the cooling process.
