Healthy Snacks For The Heart

Enjoy delicious snacks but still friendly for the heart.
Apparently not all the snacks are category bad and that should be avoided. Because research shows just the opposite results.
With even a small portion, the following snacks are very helpful in fighting heart disease,
1. Dark chocolate.
In 100 grams of dark chocolate contains antioxidants 10 times more than strawberries. Another bonus, is that research shows a diet that included about 100 grams of chocolate will increase good cholesterol and prevents bad cholesterol from oxidizing, which is a process that lead to heart disease.
2. Nuts.
With rich content of healthy fats, vitamin E, and phytochemicals (natural coloring of fruits and vegetables rich in antioxidants), the nut make good companion to heart health. Having a handful of nuts, like almonds and peanuts twice a week can reduce the risk of heart disease.
3. Shrimp.
It is true that the cholesterol in shrimp is very high. But the Omega-3 fatty acids and other nutrients in shrimp still provide a positive benefit, namely a low-calorie snacks.
Change our assumptions, and make the mouth happy enjoying these three snacks but still have good and healthy heart. Add these three snacks by entering it in our daily menu.
