Learn To Be More Patient

Patient can train the nervous system to react rationally.
Studies found that the habit of munching a snack before bed is an impulsive actions. That’s why patience is not only the preferred nature of all people but also to train the brain to send a rational reaction.
The nervous system has the flexibility to respond to each behavior. That is, when we exercise patience, we have trained portion of the brain to react accordingly. Not carry over emotions but also not be ignored.
Then how to practice patience?
Doing good for others.
Who would not be happy if the center of attention for everyone? But it turns out happiness lies not in how much attention we received, but how often do we care about others. This is what the future will bring us, how much happiness we have received.
Change waiting time a time to relax.
Often we get frustrated when stuck in traffic or having to stand in long queues. Definition of frustration is what always comes up as a reference whenever we are in a waiting situation. Rather than emotions turns to frustration, consider this as a time to “talk” with yourself or time to enjoy your favorite music. It can be tough to do, but at least with more patience pressing and holding the blood pressure down is much better
