Lower The Skin’s Fats

In our bodies, there are two types of fat. First, the fat on the skin that is more often called cellulite. Fats in the waistline, hips and thighs also fall into the category of fat under the skin.
The second is fat which accumulates in the abdomen and other internal organs. Fat-muscle layer of fat attached to the middle of the body that makes us round like an apple.
Actually, both the fat is needed for energy resources and protects the organs in our body. The problem arises when, both fats accumulate too excess. Especially fats that are around the abdomen.

• Fat in internal organs may pose a risk to organs like the pancreas responsible for producing insulin and regulate blood sugar regulation. From this comes the risk of diabetes.
• Not only the pancreas, it also makes liver faster in producing the bad cholesterol LDL. This cholesterol can be a plaque to the blood vessels adding the risk of heart attack and stroke.
• The amount of fat makes the brain produce more neuropeptide Y (NPY) hormone, which makes us always feeling hungry

To get rid of fat on the midsection, especially the stomach we have to consume healthy foods. This commitment must also be equipped with a regular exercise schedule. With less bad fats we will receive a bonus with better flexibility of our body and we will always have a more stable emotional because we had better sleep quality.
