Avoid stress avoid different types of disease
In this modern era often a person get easily stressed or depressed either consciously or unconsciously.
The reasons maybe varied, ranging from office work, children and even spouse.
Research shows that stress can actually lead to various diseases such as diabetes, heart attack, stroke to even death. Stress can also shorten the life of a person if not treated promptly.
Before becoming increasingly stressed by some stress generator, let’s consider some way that may help to live healthier:

DIET PATTERNS
Researchers concluded that those who are victims of stress have irregular eating patterns, or it could be excessive, and thus have low metabolism. Nutrition experts recommend eating healthy foods like whole grain cereals, fruits, fresh vegetables, and reduce foods that contain fat, cholesterol, salt and artificial sweetener. These are the basic rules to start living a healthier, stress-free.

EXERCISE REGULARLY
Stress disorder or depression for too long can increase the risk of heart attack. Exercise is often recommended by health experts for those who suffer from stress or depression. Try to walk for 30 minutes three times a week to keep the body fit.

BAD HABITS REDUCE
Some bad habits when done excessively can cause stress such as drinking alcohol, smoking and drinking coffee. Alcohol can cause deficiencies (deficiency) of vitamin B, C, calcium, potassium, zinc, and magnesium which are essential for a healthy body and mind. While smoking will reduce the vitamin C of the body to as much as 30 percent, which is required to maintain immunity from various diseases. Avoid excessive coffee drinks because the caffeine in coffee is so diuretic that vitamin B and C come out with urine flow. A body that is low in vitamin B, especially B1 may experience nervous system disorders and symptoms of easily disturbed. For those who are hypertension, you should not consume caffeinated coffee as it can increase the risk of high blood pressure.
