When The Brain Is Sabotaged To Continue Chewing

Bad fat is the cause of this.
Blame the brain if we can’t stop chewing our favorite foods, especially fatty foods. Because bad fat can secretly sabotage the brain by sending hungry signal to the brain.
Study on how fat works in the body found some fats do not directly accumulate in the abdomen and thighs, but gives hungry signal to the brain, a fat molecule which then disrupt and release leptin and insulin signals that regulate our appetite.
Bad fats that do these are palmitic which makes the body unable to feel the sensation of fullness when we eat something. Research also indicates palmitic worked very quickly to make the body resistant to insulin and leptin. The body loses its way to tell us that we are full and it can last to about 3 days.
Palmitic are usually found on foods containing saturated fats such as meat, butter, cheese, and milk.
