Add Flossing To Teeth And Gums Oral Hygiene

Sure the mouth is clean by simply brushing your teeth? With regular brushing the untouched surface and still dirty can be up to 40 percent. Flossing is an extension of our hands to reach between teeth and the corners which are not reached by a toothbrush. Especially at night, when the bacteria gathered, flossing is a weapon against mouth and gum disorders.
If oral hygiene reasons cannot convince us, maybe the reason from the risk of heart disease can make us re-think. Recent study revealed that there is entanglement between the severity of gum disease conditions with the increased risk of atherosclerosis, or thickening of the arterial wall.
Especially if you have a history of gum disease in the family.
So, promise yourself to make flossing routine every night or morning.
