Will skipping dinner make diet program successful?
Many think, skip dinner will shrink weight. They forget, this action will only make health suffer. Dinner is not related to the accretion of fat.
Accretion of fat in the body is the sum total caloric intake exceeds the requirement. Activity in the afternoon and evening determine the amount of calories body needs.
At night, the body’s metabolism and digestive activity decreased. However, that does not mean we do not need dinner. Not eaten anything for more than 8 hours will slow down your metabolism and body energy loss. Emptiness in the stomach for a long time will make the body become more sensitive to caloric intake. So, when there is food intake, rather than be burned into energy, your body will store it as fat instead and it’s best to watch the food portions as well.
Dinner will not cause problems, when we eat regularly and healthy throughout the day. To avoid a too large dinner, try to eat lunch in sufficient quantities. Don’t be afraid to consume healthy snack or fruit at 4 or 5 pm in the evening so we do not overeat.
