Happier With Vegetarian Diet

Another positive side of eating lots of vegetables and fruits.
Goodness behind fruit and vegetables not only stop on the number of fiber, vitamins, and minerals. Addition in helping us get the ideal body weight, both of these foods can provide a pleasant side effect, make us happier and reduce stress. Why so?
All these reasons are caused by fatty acids. A diet which allows the consumption of meat and fish have a high arachidonic acid (AA). AA is an omega-6 from animals. Most of the meat consumed now has a high AA and study says, the high level of AA can cause significant mood changes in the brain.
In a study, 39 meat eaters participants are required to implement any one of the three existing diet. The first group keep eating meat, fish, and foods of animal origin. The second group ate fish 3-4 times a week but do not eat meat at all. Last group was required to undergo a vegetarian lifestyle.
After 2 weeks, researchers found no difference in mood from the first two groups. However, the results indicate the group that undergoes the vegetarian diet show a significant in mood change which is to a positive direction. They also managed to experience less stress.
Not eating meat, fish, and foods of animal origin increase mood in short-term omnivorous modernity. So, what do you think of a vegetarian diet? It could not hurt to try this diet occasionally to get a better mood.
