Washing and Cooking Can Help Prevent Alzheimer

Want to fill the old days without dementia or Alzheimer’s? Start to love washing and cooking.
A study proved that regular homework like washing the dishes could decreased the risk of developing Alzheimer’s disease of the elderly.
The study involved 716 elderly people with an average age of 82 years. Each of them is equipped with a tool to monitor the activity for 10 days. Of the device will be known how much they move and exercise. Participants take the test once a year for 4 years. In this test, recall and cognitive abilities were tested.
After 4 years passed, 71 people participants experience Alzheimer’s. The researchers found that those less active had 2 times greater risk of getting Alzheimer’s.
These results provide evidence to make the elderly keep doing activities even though they are no longer able to work as usual. They can still get the benefits of an active lifestyle.
Encourage parents or our grandparents to stay active in old age. Give the best for them at this time so that they can feel good in the future.
