Besides the eyes, nails and the way one walk, foot conditions can also be a ‘window’ of the body. Foot conditions can describe your overall health condition.
There are many things that the foot can said about the body’s health, ranging from diabetes to nutritional deficiencies. Here are some foot conditions and the meaning of health.

1. Often cramps
If frequent cramps, you should immediately check the foot problems. You may experience a lack of calcium, potassium or magnesium in the body. If this happens, you need to include foods that include all of these nutrients for healthy feet.

2. Cold feet
A cold foot is a sign indicating a circulation problem. This may be due to smoking, high blood pressure, anemia or heart disease. If you are diabetic then the damage to the nervous system may be the cause. Talk to your doctor and find out the reason behind the condition.

3. Red, white or blue toe
This is one of the foot problems that often occur in patients with disease caused by narrowing of the blood vessels. It could also be triggered due to climate change and other health problems.

4. Injuries to the toe joints
If it does not happen because of injuries. It could be an indication of diabetes. At higher levels, the increase of glucose in the blood can cause damage to the arteries of the legs.

5. Black spots
Most people usually ignore the dark or black spots on the legs. But in some cases, this could be a sign of melanoma the most dangerous form of skin cancer.
