Sleep Is Prohibited When Emotions

Argued, heartbreak or experienced other traumatic events would make emotions fluctuate. As a result, our mood becomes bad. And according to the old advice, sleep would helps to stabilize emotions and calm us down. So is not it?
Apparently, according to the latest research, this opinion is not appropriate. Precisely this study encourages us to try to stabilize emotions before bed.
Because a person’s emotional will decreased much quicker than if taken straight to bed. Calm attitude is more effective to divert us from a bad memory. While directing to sleep will raise the level of the same emotions as during the incident.
Apparently, sleep is ‘protecting’ memories and emotional responses in the moments before sleep either positive or negative
Absorb all the positive energy that exists around before bed so we could wake up tomorrow with a good mood. Get rid of all bad emotion before bed and have sweet dreams.
