Wake Up Late On Weekend Will Cause Sleepy Monday

For some people who have to get up early every morning to get to work, the weekend are often use as a revenge to sleep as much or too get up late. But recent research confirms that waking up late on weekend is not good for Monday. According to this study, sleeping too long on Saturday and Sunday can disturb biological clock. If there is a cycle that is usually programmed to always wake up in the morning, then the changes in the second day of the weekend are able to disrupt the cycle.
Myth is wrong to say that the lack of sleep on weekdays can and should be paid as much sleep during the weekend.
The circadian cycle could be delayed, can be tolerated if on weekend people like to wake up an hour later. For example, on a normal working day woke up at 6, but on the weekend this cycle still can be easily programmed to wake up at 7.
The problem is, if done in a row on Saturday and Sunday then the following Monday 2 hour delays will occur more slowly. It is very difficult to get back into the habit of waking up early at 6 and the body will wake up at 8.
Parts of the circadian cycle are most sensitive to changes is when you wake up. Therefore for those who want to sleep longer on the weekends, are suggested to sleep earlier at night than waking up late in the morning.
