Friends At Work Will Increase Productivity

With no friends in the workplace can lower the effectiveness of our work.
Having a friend that you who can talk to is fun. Similarly at the office or workplace will make you comfortable and can really increase productivity. However, what happens when the situation happens is just the opposite? We will always feel alone and lonely.
This is not a good sign. According to a study, feeling lonely and has no friends at work turned out to potentially reduce one’s productivity. And this is also bad news for the company.
We may regard this as an individual problem, but the impact is quite large. Decline in employee performance certainly will affect the company.
So, how do we overcome this? It is advisable to build friendships with several people in the office. They can be a place to talk to or exchange ideas. If we feel less sociable, no need to force yourself to have many friends. A couple of close friend is enough. So, let’s make friends!
