Relax Those Tired Eyes

Not Just Body Muscles that need it.

Not just the head, feet, hands or backs that need relaxation, but the eye muscles can also be tense and tired. Conditions of the eye muscles also can also be aggravated if a person wears contact lenses most of the time.
No need for expensive ways and method to relax the eyes. All it takes is five minutes a day to perform simple tricks to refresh the eyes.

Looking out the window
This is the easiest trick that can be done, especially if you spend a lot of time indoors while working in front of a computer. You need only to look out the window every time the eyes begin to feel tired. Rays from the outside can help relax the eye muscles. If possible look for landscape with plants that are green to further help relax the eye muscles.

Eye movement
You can do this one trick while lying down or sitting. Move the eyeballs upward and hold for five seconds. Then return to the center, hold for five seconds before moving it down. Do the same for left and right movement.
