Avoid Skinny Friends That Eat Much If You’re On A Diet

Hello all. I’m back after about a month absence. So bring out the discount black and mild cigars as I’m back to stay.

In this post I like to write about the eating portions of other people around us and how it affect the success or failure of a diet programs.  Having a diet without the need to reduce the size of meals is a dream for all of us. However, only certain people  are lucky enough to have a such bodies.  According to a study, when we diet, these kind of people should be avoided. This study reveals an relation between body weight and food choices of others with the amount of food we eat.

Obesity is an alarming problem in the world of health. Studies are conducted involving approximately 210 students who are overweight. They watch footage while eating or enjoying a snack. They are paired with a slim-bodied woman who took snack beforehand in large numbers. Accordint to the research, most students come to take the same portion as the woman.

Scary right? Moral of the story? Avoid friends who eat too much when on diet 🙂
