Pritikin Diet May Lower Blood Sugar

For people with diabetes, keeping blood sugar levels manageable is a must. The key is to keep your diet. One diet that can reduce the symptoms of type-2 diabetes is the Pritikin diet.  So much like ball plungers can help make tool or piece of equipment to perform more efficiently, a pritikin diet may help to lover blood sugar in diabetic patients.

Pritikin diet is a diet that is eating food low in fat or no fat at all. But do not equate this with a vegetarian diet, because fish intake is necessary in this dieat. In the first three days of the diet, the stomach will feel uncomfortable. But then, the stomach will return to normal. Proven within a week, blood sugar levels can drop to 7% and shrink the weight up to 4.5kg. For maximum results exercise at least three time a week.

Main guide:

  • Chew vegetables and fruits as much as possible.
  • Eat fish or other protein sources such as beans.
  • Routine exercise.
  • Exercise an hour a day, will help to reduce insulin levels. Do it regularly, at least 3 times a week to keep the insulin in normal level.
