Eating Late At Night And Not Eating Breakfast Are Potential Heart Disease Habits

A study found that people who frequently eat late at night and not eating breakfast have increased risk of heart attack or death from coronary heart disease.

The relationships with coronary heart are very strong though researchers also consider dietary factors, physical activity, smoking and lifestyle. Researchers said one or more risk factors, including obesity, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes, and in turn can lead to heart attacks.

The research team examined 26.9 thousand people from age 45 to 82 years. The result, which often eat late at night at risk of coronary heart disease 55 percent higher.

Meanwhile, not eating breakfast had a 27 percent higher risk of heart attack or death from coronary heart disease than those who ate breakfast. They are also more vulnerable to be smokers, a workaholic, love to drink alcohol and lack of physical activity. The breakfast was associated with a reduced risk of heart attack. Because, with many different types of breakfast food into the body ensuring you get enough energy and nutrients which is balanced.
