First Aid For Women’s Miscarriage

Miscarriage is a discharge of the fetus in pregnant women before the fetus reaches the age of 20 weeks. Data show that miscarriage in a pregnancy can reach up to 20%.

Signs of miscarriage are feeling cramps in the lower abdomen and bleeding followed. Although sometimes cramping and bleeding has not occurred but there are suspicious of a miscarriage immediately take her to the doctor to confirm the pregnancy status.

If there are any signs of miscarriage, do the following:

– Stop all activity.
– Try to relax and stay calm
– If there is something coming out of the vagina, store them in a container to be checked by a doctor
– If bleeding occurs and continues, immediately take her to the emergency room
