Singing, New Ways To Eliminate Snoring Habit

Snoring can apparently be overcome by the easy and pleasant ways, which is singing. Light vocal exercises everyday can strengthen the muscles of the throat and mouth, which are strongly suspected to be the major cause of snoring or the snoring habit.

A study involves 30 respondents who had a snoring disorder. They were asked two minutes of vocal exercises every day within three months.At the end of the experiment, respondents snoring were significantly reduced. Overall, the frequency and intensity of snoring is reduced and sleep quality was improved compared with 30 other participants who did not perform singing therapy.

But it still must be combined with lifestyle changes that are healthier. Overweight for example, is the main factor causing the snoring.
