Low Fat Product Are Not Always Helpful

Controversy about low-fat food is often a debate in Low Fat Product seminars.

Low-fat products can be effectively used if accompanied by a healthy lifestyle. Most people today rely on low-fat products without weight control. Instead it could be bad for health, let alone eating low fat products is very risky for people with diabetes and obesity. Because, the sugar that is in low-fat products are easily converted by the body and also lead to weight gain. For patients with hypertension would be better not to use low fat products because of high levels of sodium.

Nutrition expert said the correct way to use low fat product is with good balanced lifestyle, a high physical activity and weight control.
