What makes organic milk healthier is the twice as much omega-3 in it compares to other milk. According to the researchers, the fat level differences are caused by diet of cattle. Organic dairy cows do not eat corn and grains commonly used in non-organic farms. The cows are eating fresh grass in the pasture and the selection of simple foods increase the levels of good fats in organic milk.

Good nutritional quality of milk may improve long-term health, especially for pregnant women, infants, children, and those with a high risk of heart disease. If you want a healthier heart, you can replace the regular consumption of cow’s milk with organic cow’s milk.
