High Uric Acid

Ever feel pain in the joint area shocking? You need to be wary about the so-called gout. This pain is caused by high levels of uric acid in the blood.

Uric acid is produced when purines from the body process food. Uric acid then entered into the blood stream and passes through the kidneys. Normally uric acid will be excreted from the body through urine. However, there are times when uric acid remains in the body, accumulate, and continue to accumulate.

Danger arises when the body populated too much uric acid. High uric acid levels cause a variety of health problems that ultimately can lead to gout, aka inflammation of the joints. It is a chronic inflammation of the joints and, if already attacked several times, the joints can become bent.

The high levels of uric acid can occur due to factors as drinking too much alcohol, genetics, obesity, unhealthy diet, and the inability of the kidneys to filter useless substances from the blood
