Diligently drinking milk? Go ahead with the good habits. Researchers found regularly drinking milk reduce the chances of dying faster because of a stroke and a heart.

They find drinking milk can reduce the threat of coronary heart disease and stroke by 20%. And all this time the milk was only associated with calcium for bone growth and bone maintain.

This is the first discovery of the disease risks associated with milk following the high number of deaths caused by heart disease and stroke.

The researchers compared the information that has been carried out on milk and its association with stroke, coronary heart disease and diabetes, which are then compared with information on the number of deaths caused by health problems.

The findings clearly show that when the number of deaths from heart attacks, stroke and colo-rectal cancer is calculated there is strong evidence of the overall reduction in the risk of dying from chronic diseases due to milk consumption.

The evidence is very clear that milk is more beneficial for the prevention of this disease and not just for bone health.In addition to the benefits of calcium for the formation and maintenance of bones, milk also contains potassium which nutrients can keep blood pressure far from the threat of stroke.
