Morning Sun Good For Health

Sunbathing in the afternoon or early evening can increase up to five times the risk of developing skin cancer. But the morning sunlight, it gives a lot of benefits. This is because the protein produced by the body to repair damage caused by ultraviolet light work of the most active in the morning.

Therefore, scientists suggest, sunbathing should be done before lunch time. According to the researchers, the morning sunlight can help reduce the risk of skin cancer.

Other studies have shown that levels of the XPA protein can repair DNA damage but decreased throughout the day. The protein can also be controlled by the body clock and that the XPA level in humans is at the highest level at 7 o’clock.
