Prevent Memory Decrease

As people aged they usually lose memory power or sharpness. But you can maintain the sharpness of mind with mental activity just like how physical activity can make the body strong. One way is to challenge the brain to learn new things. If it continues to do so, then the brain will continue to grow. The active brain produces new connections between nerve cells that communicate with each other. It will help the brain receive and use information easily, regardless of age.

Besides challenging the brain to do new things, keeping stress levels to a minimum is also key perspicacity. When stressed, the brain releases hormones that can damage the brain. Chronic stress can make you feel depressed; these feelings can interfere with the recall process in the brain. Rest, take a few minutes to yourself, sit on a comfortable couch cushion for a deep breath and relax. Then look for a solution to overcome your stress to prevent memory loss.
