There are several things that can trigger the occurrence of fatigue for example continuous work with less sleep. Those who are exhausted finds it  hard to concentrate and also bad tempered.

Those who sleep less are prone to vertigo and migraine. A variety of chronic diseases can also recur if a person experience fatigue like psychiatric disorders, asthma, diabetes (diabetes mellitus), hypertension, stroke and heart attack.

Physical and mental fatigue will also aggravate the immune system of the person who suffered exhausted. They will be easily infected with viruses such as influenza virus, infectious diarrhea, hepatitis virus infections and typhoid fever. When you feel a sense of health problems such as nausea, vomiting, headache and chest pain, that’s a warning for you to stop all activity and rest. Exhausted and stress could happen to anyone and sometime from the most unexpected thing even such the sound of  a drawer slides.

Eat every 6 hours; drink at least as much as 2 liters per day. Consume more vegetables and between eating time, it’s good to always consume fruit. Avoid soft drinks and coffee, supplements containing caffeine should be avoided, because the body is rest.
