Sleep Is The Right Medication For Exhaustion

Speaking of time management, we are always asked to set the times of our lives in order to remain healthy. Generally within 24 hours, the time should be divided to three portions, 8 hours to work hard, 8 hours light work and 8 hours of sleep.

In reality this time can be shifted as needed. Perhaps sleping only 6 hours and 10 hours of hard work, but if the shift is too extreme example 24 hours or even 30 hours of no sleep, this condition will certainly disturb the balance of our body.

Why do we need to rest and sleep? The human body is not a machine. Our bodies need rest. The body should be given the opportunity to regenerate. The body should be given the opportunity to repair damaged body tissues.

How to achieve the best sleep? Much like a good table linen can stimulate the appetite to eat (try getting great table linen at table linen site), a great bed spread can encourage great sleep too so make sure to get that weave count right 🙂
