To reduce the risk of bad breath when you wake up, make it a habit to brush your teeth, flossing and cleaning the tongue before going to bed. This habit helps cleanse the mouth more and get rid of food particles, so that the bacteria also reduced.Also note the bedroom temperature, if it is too cold then most likely you will clogged your nose and you will be breath through the mouth. Not less important is do not forget to drink enough water.
